Frequently asked questions

1) Where is my package?

Every order is assigned a USPS tracking number for live tracking updates.

2) How long do orders take to arrive?

Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment. Once we receive the order, it takes roughly 24-48 hours (this is not included into shipment days) for us to process from packaging to shipment. On large amounts of orders, we plan to do mass shipments every Thursday/Friday of the week your order was placed.

3) What is fulfillment?

That is how long we take to receive, pack, and ship your order. All Iron Covenant Collective items are proudly designed and printed within the United States! We have a limited stock on all items during every release. If you've missed a drop, don't worry because we do restocks! Make sure to sign up for our newsletter and follow our socials!

4) Can I orders stickers separate from t-shirts?

ABSOLUTELY! Every t-shirt order comes with 2 free custom stickers on us which we randomize on every order, however anyone is free to check out our "Stickers" catalog and order stickers separately.

5) My package/product arrived damaged, can I get a refund?

Any products that arrived damaged will be replaced by us or processed for a refund, it depends on what you wish to do. We do not provide refunds for damaged packaging, check the contents of your package before requesting replacement/refunds! Reach out to the email provided at the top of this page within 24 hours of receiving your package so we can work to resolve the issue. Be sure to include pictures and your order number in your email as proof!

6) Free Shipping?

Yes and more yes! We do have free shipping options for all orders over $100. Additionally, if you're within a 10-mile radius of our warehouse zip code, we offer local delivery options as a "free shipping" method. Note, the checkout process will automatically remove your ability to select the local delivery option if the delivery address you entered falls outside of the 10-mile radius.
