Refund policy

Overview

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.


Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@ironcovenantcollective.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photo evidence

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Returns

We do not accept general returns.

Returns will only be approved in cases where:

  • The item is defective

  • The item was damaged in transit

  • The wrong item was received

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

These charges:

  • Are determined by the destination country

  • Are not included at checkout unless explicitly stated

The customer is solely responsible for paying any applicable import fees.


Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If an order is:

  • Refused at delivery

  • Unclaimed

  • Returned due to unpaid customs duties or import fees

Then:

  • The order is not eligible for a refund

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Any losses incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Shipping delays outside our control

  • Sale items or gift cards


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days
