For international orders, including but not limited to Brazil:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included at checkout unless explicitly stated
The customer is solely responsible for paying any applicable import fees

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs fees:

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and losses incurred
Original shipping costs are non-refundable

We are not responsible for orders delayed, held, or destroyed by customs authorities.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final unless:

The item is defective
The item is damaged upon arrival
You received the wrong product

Claims must be submitted within 14 of delivery with photo evidence.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizing
Buyer’s remorse
